what is transcranial magnetic stimulation?
the magnetic stimulator can perform non-destructive, painless, non-invasive and safe stimulation of the cerebral cortex and peripheral nerves.
the magnetic stimulator is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. the energy storage capacitor discharges to the stimulation coil to generate a strong changing magnetic field. the rapidly changing magnetic field around the coil can induce electric current through the skull, which can stimulate the local nerves of the brain without damage and pain. by observing the effect of stimulation, we can find the functional location of the stimulation area and integrity detection of the motor nerve function in the brain. appropriate stimulation can also adjust brain nerve function, and modulate the excitability of the nervous system through synaptic reflex. the device can also stimulate peripheral nerves. it is a type of diagnostic device and therapeutic equipment.
